Uploading Documents and Pictures

Welcome, this is a continuation of our Am-Tran training video series. This video will focus on uploading documents and pictures.

From this screen, you can upload pictures or documents, either at pickup or drop off.

From here on the top right, there's a Menu button, click on the Menu button, click on the Document Capture button. It will say, "No documents have been captured. Would you like to capture some now?" Say, "Yes."

And from here give me two options one will be Take Picture and the second one will be Capture Documents.

We'll capture a document now.When capturing a document, just make sure the document is in the green outline, take the picture, and this will eliminate anything on the background and just keep the document itself. If you need to take second picture or document you can hit the capture on the bottom left. Again, make sure that document is in the green outline. And it will only capture the document itself. Once you're done just hit save on the top right.

We can also capture multiple pictures and documents. Hit take a picture, you take a picture of whatever you need documented, and save it. Once you're done taking pictures of any documents, or any items that you need documented, just go ahead and hit Done on the bottom right.

And, "Are you sure you want to submit these documents?" Say, "Yes."
